This is a wonderful opportunity for breeders / thoroughbred investors to secure a commercial interest in one of the leading stallions currently standing at stud in Australia.

Stratum was Australia's Champion 2yo colt in 2004-2005 amassing over $2.2 million in prizemoney and is the son of Australia's most influential sire Redoute's Choice.

A Golden Slipper winner himself, STRATUM is also the sire of Golden Slipper winner CRYSTAL LILY as well as Champion filly STREAMA and Group One winning sprinter/miler STRATUM STAR. Stratum is one of the best value, proven sires with extreme versatility siring Group One winners at 1200m, 1600m, 2000m and 2400m. 

Not only a leading sire of racetrack performers, STRATUM has been a consistent producer of commercial sale ring success with his yearlings averaging $115,000 during the 2016 yearling sale season. The progeny of Stratum were in high demand in 2016 with his yearlings selling up to $600,000 in the sale ring. 

The online auction of the share will open for bidding TODAY, Friday the 26th August 2016 with the sale due to close at 7pm on Wednesday 7th September 2016.
