Jockey Blake Shinn has been injured after he fell from Percussion during barrier trials at Randwick.
Shinn complained of knee soreness after falling from the Peter Robl-trained colt during a trial on Tuesday morning.
He took no further part in the trials and his fitness will be monitored ahead of Wednesday's meeting at Warwick Farm where he has a full book of rides.
The fall came after Shinn won an earlier heat on Golden Slipper winner Capitalist.
Capitalist's trial win was his first public outing since his disappointing first-up performance in the San Domenico Stakes at Rosehill on August 13.
The three-year-old colt's next start is likely to be the Roman Consul Stakes at Randwick on October 1 before he heads to Melbourne to target the Group One Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington.
