Yankee Rose entered for Spring Champion

Yankee Rose is one of two fillies among 12 entries for the Spring Champion Stakes, Sydney's final Group One race for the year.

The David Vandyke-trained three-year-old finished second as favourite in Saturday's Flight Stakes won by Global Glamour.

The Anthony Cummings-trained Moqueen is also entered for the 2000m-race on a seven-day back-up following her win in the Listed Dulcify Quality at Randwick.
