Rain puts Awesome Rock in doubt for Plate

Trainer Troy Corstens says if the Moonee Valley track is downgraded, likely Cox Plate leader Awesome Rock will be scratched.

The track is rated a soft five, four hours out from Saturday's Cox Plate with more rain and a storm predicted.

Corstens has already committed Awesome Rock to leading the race for which Winx remains the odds-on favourite.
