Unbeaten Gold Coast filly All Over Bosanova is ready to continue her trainer Mel Eggleston's top strike rate when she races at Eagle Farm.
Eggleston has a relatively small team but has had six individual winners since the start of January.
Unbeaten in three starts, All Over Bosanova makes her metropolitan debut in the Three-Year-Old Hcp (1200m) at Eagle Farm.
She has won twice at the Gold Coast and at Ipswich over short courses but Eggleston is confident she will handle the step up to 1200m.
"She deserves a chance in town. It is a tough race because all Brisbane three-year-old races seem to have plenty of depth," Eggleston said.
"But you have to find out sooner or later."
The trainer has had plenty of success since moving from NSW to the Gold Coast 10 years ago with horses such as Love and Money, Sassy Tycoon and Nakani.
But he has struck a purple patch with All Over Bosanova and Mini Meld who has won three from four starts.
Mini Meld was to make his Brisbane debut last week but was scratched because of a bad gate.
"It was no use starting Mini Meld from an outside barrier last week after he had a very hard run when dead-heating at the Gold Coast. But he'll also get his chance in town," Eggleston said.
