Kilmore trainer Kate Goodrich is free to again nominate horses following a hearing at the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board.

Goodrich, who pleaded guilty at Friday's hearing, was given a three-month suspension, suspended for 12 months on the proviso she doesn't commit the same offence that resulted in her nominations being declined.

Last December Goodrich, who has an unresolved matter with the Kilmore Club, refused members of Racing Victoria's Compliance and Assurance Team entry to her property for a routine stable inspection before a Kilmore meeting at which she had Street Stalker engaged.

Street Stalker was subsequently withdrawn after she denied the members of the CAT access to the horse.

Goodrich had nominations of her horses rejected by RV and Racing NSW following the December 12 incident and she further consented not to nominate horses following an adjournment of the hearing in January.

Should Goodrich deny access to her stables during the next 12 months the three-month suspension will be activated.
