Darren Weir has decided on a change of plans with Black Heart Bart with the gelding heading to Brisbane for a Group One race at Eagle Farm.
Black Heart Bart is booked to travel to Brisbane on Wednesday night to run in the Kingsford-Smith Cup (1300m) on Saturday.
Weir said Black Heart Bart had returned to his Warrnambool base following his seventh placing in the Group One Goodwood at Morphettville on Saturday.
"The Warrnambool guys say he's pulled up well," Weir said.
"I wasn't disappointed in him but he was ridden a bit too close."
Black Heart Bart will be ridden by Brad Rawiller, who had the mount in Adelaide, in Saturday's Group One weight-for-age race.
Weir said the weight-for-age conditions would suit Black Heart Bart on Saturday.
Black Heart Bart will be joined on Wednesday night's flight by Turbo Miss and Neverland who are also due to run on Saturday.
Turbo Miss is to run in the Group Three Glenlogan Park Stakes (1300m) and Neverland in the Group Three Premier's Cup (2200m).
South Australian Derby winner Volatile Mix, entered in the Group One Queensland Derby, and Snitzepeg, nominated in the Group One J J Atkins at Eagle Farm on June 10, have been booked to fly to Brisbane on Tuesday night.
