Victorian apprentice Liam Riordon has been stood down after racking up his 17th suspension since he began riding little more than a year ago.
Riordan was outed for mid-range carelessness in a race at Sale on Thursday and suspended until June 15.
But before he can resume riding again, Riordon must undergo a review by the Skills Panel.
The 19-year-old is indentured to Leon and Troy Corstens and has ridden 46 winners since he started his career in May, 2016.
