Brook Magic cruises to six-length win!

Tuesday 13 June 2017, 8:52am

Promising two-year-old BROOK MAGIC made light work of older opposition in a six-length demolition at Kembla on Saturday.

The Joe Pride-trained filly was faced with a heavy (10) surface first-up from a spell but scooted through the ground for Jeff Penza after trailing the leader.

BROOK MAGIC had shown ability in her first preparation earlier this year so it was pleasing to see her return in such impressive style.

With Sydney now into the depths of winter, the daughter of HINCHINBROOK will be suited on wet tracks in the coming months.

The win was PROVEN THOROUGHBREDS’ 18th for the calendar year and third this month.
