Godolphin Australia is under investigation after a report a horse in the stable tested positive last year to the bacterial condition Strep Equi, commonly known as strangles.
Racing NSW stewards will hold an inquiry on Tuesday after interviewing a number of parties.
A statement from Godolphin said the stable was co-operating with stewards and would not make any further comment.
At the time of the alleged incident, the now-departed John O'Shea was Godolphin's head trainer in Australia.
Ballarat trainer Matt Cumani is serving a suspension until the start of the new season on August 1 for failing to notify Victorian authorities of an outbreak of the contagious disease in his stable last spring.
Cumani told stewards a month after he was first notified and his stables were quarantined for several weeks.
