Corey Brown is free to ride In Her Time in the Group One Manikato Stakes after having the dates of a careless riding suspension altered.
The Ben Smith-trained mare is the second favourite behind Vega Magic for the 1200m-sprint at Moonee Valley on Friday week.
Brown won the Everest Consolation on In Her Time at Randwick on Saturday but was suspended for his ride in in the Highway Consolation which would have expired on October 28, the day after the Manikato.
Racing NSW stewards have agreed to Brown's application to begin his suspension earlier and he will now be out from October 20 and able to ride on October 27.
Vega Magic, who finished second to Redzel in the $10 million Everest, is the $3.60 Manikato favourite with In Her Time at $5.50.
Redzel's jockey Kerrin McEvoy was also suspended for an incident in the Highway Consolation and will begin his ban after he rides Bonneval in Saturday's Caulfield Cup.
He returns on October 28, Cox Plate day.
