A less-than-capacity field of 17 will run in the Caulfield Cup.
Saturday's $3 million race over 2400 metres, which can accommodate an 18 horse-field, is headed by the Darren Weir-trained Humidor with top weight of 56kg.
Weir will also have last-start winner Amelie's Star in the field but the stable's Japanese import Admire Deus is out after suffering a serious leg injury in a trackwork gallop on Tuesday morning.
Dual Caulfield Cup winning jockey Craig Williams was due to ride Admire Deus but has now been booked for Amelie's Star.
New Zealand trainers Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman have Bonneval and Jon Snow while the Lindsay Park stable has four runners including imports Ventura Storm and Harlem.
Lindsay Park also accepted with He's Our Rokkii and Boom Time.
Marmelo, Johannes Vermeer and Wicklow Brave are the three northern hemisphere-trained runners.
Johannes Vermeer, Humidor and Bonneval are the equal $6 favourites ahead of the barrier draw on Tuesday afternoon.
