Premier Sydney trainer Chris Waller has bounced back from a rare winless midweek meeting to claim the first four placings in a race at Rosehill on Saturday.
Hoylonny made a late run to take out the FAL Construction Handicap (2000m) with stablemates History No Hurdle, Coup Acclaim, and Studio finishing close behind the four year old to give Waller another milestone.
On Wednesday at Warwick Farm, the Waller stable walked away without their usual quota of winners which Waller said had only happened once before this year.
Waller said it was difficult to have to put all four horses in the one race on Saturday, but he'd been confident of their ability going in.
"It's a shame to be putting them all together," Waller said.
"It would have been nice to separate them, but Saturday prize money is what we're here for and these types of horses are winning some good money at the moment."
Waller's decision to put all four into the race came two weeks after a similar decision paid off at Rosehill.
Hoylonny took out a 2000m race with stablemates Studio and History No Hurdle second and third.
The partnership with jockey Jim Cassidy who steered the horse to victory in that race as well, paid off on Saturday again.
Waller praised the veteran jockey , saying he had a special understanding of the best way to handle Hoylonny.
"(Hoylonny) was just struggling for a bit of confidence, and Jimmy gets on and...jockeys like him just change a horse like this around," Waller said.
"Jimmy's a different type of rider. He stands over them and scares them a little bit."
