Tuesday 14 August 2018, 6:16pm

There appears to be no stopping the juggernaut that is Darren Weir.

The 2018/19 racing season is only two weeks old and already Weir has recorded 20 winners.

After notching seven winners across three states at four venues on Saturday, Weir added a double to his tally at Cranbourne on Sunday with a further five on across two venues on Tuesday.

He recorded a treble at Warracknabeal and a double at Geelong.

Already this season Weir has sent out 118 runners for his 20 winners with his closest rival, Lindsay Park, having had 16 winners from 68 runners.

Last season Weir trained 491 winners Australia-wide from 3177 starters.

Weir has another 14 runners spread across the nine races at Sandown on Wednesday with five early favourites engaged.
