Nick Hall has won an appeal against a careless riding charge but fellow Victorian jockeys Daniel Stackhouse and Jacob Rule have been unsuccessful.
Hall, who rides Fawkner in Saturday's Group One Makybe Diva Stakes, was suspended for 11 meetings at Bendigo on Wednesday.
On Friday, he appeared before the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board which upheld his appeal.
Stackhouse failed in his appeal against a 12 meeting ban from the Bendigo meeting while Rule will be out for 12 meetings after being suspended at Warrnambool on Monday.
