A field of 15 two-year-olds will contest the Group One Blue Diamond Stakes headed by unbeaten filly Fontiton.

The Robert Smerdon-trained youngster is favourite for Saturday's $1 million race at Caulfield ahead of the barrier draw later on Tuesday morning.

She will be joined in the Blue Diamond by stablemate Thurlow while David Hayes and Tom Dabernig have accepted with three runners - Claudia Jean, Air Apparent and Reemah.

The first three horses across the line in the Blue Diamond Prelude - Of The Brave, Pride Of Dubai and Sampeah - are all among the acceptances.

Hawkes Racing has Lake Geneva in the field and she will be ridden by Dwayne Dunn who will be aiming to win his fifth Blue Diamond.

Tony McEvoy has two runners, Stoker and late entry Manhattan Blues, while Godolphin also has two runners with Bantam joining Sampeah.
