Racing at Wednesday's Ballarat meeting has been delayed due to the closure of two of Melbourne's main road tunnels.
A computer glitch forced the closure of the Burnley and Domain tunnels on Wednesday morning, causing traffic chaos in and around Melbourne.
Due to the number of horses due to travel from the city to the Ballarat meeting, racing officials put the program back 35 minutes.
"The decision was made in mind of the potential impact the traffic issues could have on participants' ability to arrive in Ballarat on time," the Racing Victoria website reported.
Under the new times, the first race will be run at 1.35pm (AEST).
