Champion jockey Damien Oliver is set to resume riding immediately after having an 11-meeting suspension overturned.
Oliver had been sidelined by stewards for excessively reducing the speed on Elite Elle in the Champagne Stakes at Moonee Valley last Friday night.
He appealed against the penalty, which was rescinded by the Racing and Disciplinary Appeals (RAD) Board on Wednesday.
Oliver, who will ride at Bendigo on Thursday, can now take up his list of rides at Flemington on Saturday.
He has a full book on the nine-event Flemington card, headlined by Rekindled Interest in the Group One Turnbull Stakes.
Oliver is also aboard leading Thousand Guineas contender Commanding Jewel in the Group Two Edward Manifold Stakes and Darley Raspberries in the Group Two Blazer Stakes.
