Start date set for RV's head of integrity

Monday 29 January 2018, 4:40pm

Racing Victoria's new head of integrity services, Jamie Stier, will begin in the role at the start of May.

Stier was announced as RV's incoming executive general manager of Integrity Services in mid-December.

He will start on May 1 after concluding his duties as the Chief Regulatory Officer at the British Horseracing Authority.

Stier has 32 years experience in the industry in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK.

"While Jamie concludes his contract with the BHA and relocates his family to Australia, our Head of Investigations and Intelligence, Tim Robinson, will continue in the capacity of acting executive general manager, Integrity Services until Jamie's commencement," RV's chief executive Giles Thompson said.
