Hollie Doyle has equalled Josephine Gordon's British record of 106 winners by a female rider in a calendar year with victory on Angelic Time at Wolverhampton.
Doyle, 23, became the third female to reach a century in a year after Gordon and Hayley Turner when she won on The Perfect Crown at Chelmsford on November 21.
Gordon's landmark total came in 2017 and Doyle had reduced the gap to one on Urban Hero for her main supporter, trainer Archie Watson, at Lingfield earlier in the day.
"I'm very relieved. It's good," Doyle told Sky Sports Racing.
"Me and Josie are best friends. We get on very well, so it's nice.
"It means a lot to me. It's not the be all and end all but I'm absolutely delighted.
"It's amazing for me. I never imagined I would be in this position so I'm just grateful.
"I'll just keep going and doing things the same. I'm not going abroad for the winter. I'm staying here."
Doyle says her main aim for 2020 is a Group success having so far ridden five Listed winners.
