Leading Brisbane jockeys Jim Byrne and Baylee Nothdurft have both been suspended for careless riding at Doomben.
Byrne leads the senior riders premiership on 33 wins from apprentice Nothdurft who is on 30-1/2.
Byrne was suspended for seven days after being found guilty of causing interference on Bring It Home Pop in the Christmas Movies Handicap.
Nothdurft pleaded guilty to causing interference on Macewen in the Class Six Plate and was outed for 12 days.
Both have the option to seek an internal review.
Fellow jockey Dale Smith was fined $300 for giving a victory salute when he crossed the line on two-year-old Dusty Tycoon.
Smith received a cheer usually reserved for Group One winners as Dusty Tycoon had a cheer squad of several hundred people on course.
There were 1000 shares sold in Dusty Tycoon who qualified for the $2 million Magic Millions Classic with her win.
Dusty Tycoon is the TAB's $11 second favourite for the Magic Millions at the Gold Coast on January 11 with the Mark Newnham-trained Gimcrack Stakes winner Every Rose at $6.
