Nash Rawiller is confident he will be able to continue his quest to run down Hugh Bowman for the Sydney jockeys' title after an injury scare in a barrier trial at Randwick on Friday.
With four meetings left this season, Bowman is 5-1/2 wins in front but will have one less meeting to consolidate his lead, sitting out next Wednesday through suspension.
Rawiller aggravated a hip problem before the start of one of Friday's heats but said he was confident a session of physiotherapy would enable him to ride at Rosehill on Saturday.
He will get a final clearance from the Racing NSW doctor before his scheduled seven rides at the meeting.
