All Too Hard to run in Cox Plate

Tuesday 23 October 2012, 8:13am

All Too Hard has been confirmed as a runner in Saturday's weight-for-age Cox Plate.

The Nathan Tinkler-owned colt inflicted the first defeat on juvenile triple crown winner Pierro in the Caulfield Guineas and the two three-year-olds will do battle again over 2040 metres at Moonee Valley.

The Hawkes training team led by Hall of Famer John Hawkes confirmed via Twitter that All Too Hard would take his place in the field.

"All Too Hard will be running in the Cox Plate," Hawkes Racing tweeted.

The colt will be ridden by Chris Munce.
