Champion jockey Jimmy Cassidy will be recognised for reaching a milestone of Group One wins.

The Australian Turf Club will make a special presentation to the veteran rider during Saturday's races at Randwick.

Cassidy is one of only three jockeys in Australian racing to ride 100 Group One winners.

Highlights of Cassidy's career will be shown throughout the meeting on the Randwick infield screen.

"We in Sydney have been lucky enough that Jimmy has made our city his home and so many of those precious Group One wins have been on our tracks," ATC chief executive Darren Pearce said.

Cassidy brought up his ton when Zoustar won the Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington last week.

Zoustar also gave Cassidy his 99th Group One winner in claiming the Golden Rose at Rosehill in September.

Cassidy has six Randwick rides with Zoustar's trainer Chris Waller likely to supply him with his best chances - Amovatio, Field Marshall and You'll Never.
