Leading trainer Chris Waller has added a Warwick Farm maiden winner to his hand-picked Australian Oaks team.
Made To Order, a heavy favourite for the Big Sports Breakfast Handicap (1400m) on Wednesday, lived up to Waller's expectations with Sydney champion jockey Nash Rawiller aboard.
The three-year-old, sent out a $1.60 chance, was ridden patiently early before edging closer at the 600m then quickly putting 2-1/2 lengths between herself and second placegetter Buon Auspicio ($12).
Waller said the athletic filly "definitely" had the staying ability to contest the Group One ATC Australian Oaks (2400m) which has figured in a stakes boost to $1 million.
"She's a big horse but geez, she's got some depth once we get to the bottom of it," Waller said after the race.
"She's a nice filly, a very nice filly. She's an autumn horse and when you're talking million-dollar Oaks' and the right lead-up, you've got to have a think."
Waller said added strength and maturity would put Made To Order in good stead for big results in the future.
"But first and foremost, she's got her maiden out of the way and we'll get a Saturday win and then we can get a little bit more serious after that."
Made To Order joins three other fillies Waller is targeting for the Sydney autumn carnival Classic - Marmelo, Define and Chateau Lafaite.
Marmelo came from last to take out a 1700 metre race at Flemington on Crown Oaks day to notch her second win from three starts.
Rawiller was equally optimistic about Made To Order's autumn prospects, especially over the longer distances.
"All she wants to do is relax, which is a good sign for down the track," he said.
