Apprentice Priscilla Schmidt will spend more time on the sideline after receiving her second careless riding suspension in as many weeks.
Schmidt was outed for seven meetings, after pleading guilty, for causing interference to Shiraz Attack on the home turn in the Bundaberg Distilling Co Handicap (1500m) at Eagle Farm on Saturday when she rode Brady `n' Me.
A week earlier at Eagle Farm, Schmidt was suspended for five meetings which starts after Sunday's Sunshine Coast meeting which was due to end at midnight on December 3.
However because of her latest infringement, stewards have ruled both suspensions must be served cumulatively which means Schmidt won't return to riding until the Ipswich meeting on December 13.
It wasn't all bad news for Schmidt on Saturday.
She was successful aboard Miss Leibert for trainer Tony Gollan in the Ambassador Travel Handicap (1400m).
