Top jockey Damian Browne will miss the Magic Millions race day because of suspension.
Browne was given eight meetings, starting on Saturday and finishing at midnight on January 11, Magic Millions day.
He was aboard Zellaro in a maiden race at the Sunshine Coast on Thursday when he caused interference on the home turn to Staincross.
Browne pleaded guilty.
