BlueBlood Thoroughbreds and Rosehill's leading trainer Chris Waller combined today to win with Rock Temple at Canterbury in Race 1 with Glyn Schofield in the saddle.
Rock Temple, a bay gelding and son of champion sire Fastnet Rock was bought by the Blueblood Thoroughbred team at the 2012 Inglis Classic sale for a bargain price of $34,000.
Rock Temple's short career of 8 races has now seen him with 1 win, 3 seconds and 1 third giving his syndicate owners a lot of enjoyment along the way.
Rock Temple will now enjoy a well-deserved spell at picturesque Wild Oaks.
BlueBlood’s Director, Carol Walsh commented “It was great to see Rocky win his maiden for the owners, who have been patient. We have one of the best trainers in the country and a great bunch of owners. I congratulate them all”.
