Gary Moore, the son of Hall of Fame jockey George Moore, will return to Australia to train out of Sydney.
The Australian Turf Club has confirmed Moore has been allocated 24 boxes at Rosehill and he is already making plans to launch one of his stable newcomers on an international campaign next season.
"It's been over 10 years since I last trained in Sydney so moving out to Rosehill is going to be quite a challenge," he said.
Moore said his new stable would include Happy Galaxy, a well-performed sprinter who has been trained by Hawkes Racing.
"I would say Happy Galaxy is my main acquisition (at this stage)," Moore told Sky Sports Radio.
"If he can find the form he possessed when he won at Group Two level a year ago he will be aimed at the Hong Kong Sprint in December."
Moore has been the dominant trainer in Macau for the past decade, winning seven premierships.
As a jockey he won the 1996 Macau Derby when his father trained the first three placegetters.
Moore trained at Randwick for three years before moving to Macau.
"Racing in Australia has been beautifully run by great professionals and we want to be part of the action," Moore said.
"I'm very happy to say that we've had a great deal of interest from people around Australia asking when we are going to open up."
Moore's Rosehill stable will be open for business on August 1, the first day of the 2014-2015 Australian racing season.
