Racing Victoria has offered the state's trainers a chance to see how the organisation operates at an open day in August.
RV will open its doors to all 947 of Victoria's registered trainers on August 18 with the day to focus on integrity operations and the duties of the panel of stewards on raceday.
Trainers will also be able to attend information sessions on track preparation, barrier draw procedure and take a look at RV's new betting control room.
Tours of the Racing Analytical Services Limited drug testing laboratory and the apprentice jockey school will also be conducted.
Former Victorian Premier and Hawthorn Football Club president Jeff Kennett will speak to the trainers about his experiences relating to integrity in sport.
He will also address the issue of depression in his capacity as the chairman of Beyondblue.
Chief steward Terry Bailey said the open day was also an opportunity for trainers to have direct access to key RV executives in a relaxed environment.
