Puissance De Lune will take another step towards his comeback to racing in an exhibition gallop at Warracknabeal on Sunday.
The Darren Weir-trained galloper has not raced since his unplaced effort in last year's Cox Plate when he suffered a tendon injury.
The multiple Group-winning entire and dual Group One placegetter is scheduled to gallop between races with stablemate Streets Away on the Warracknabeal Cup program.
Puissance De Lune was a long-time favourite for last year's Melbourne Cup.
He will attempt to win a Group One this spring with the Makybe Diva Stakes, a race he was narrowly beaten in at Flemington last year, expected to be one of his targets.
