A suspension will cost Blake Shinn the ride on Group One winner Shooting To Win when he resumes in the Hobartville Stakes.
And Tommy Berry will be able to spend some quality time with his new son when he was also suspended at Rosehill on Saturday.
Shinn was only announced as Shooting To Win's rider last week but unless he wins an appeal, the ride on March 21 us up for grabs.
He was outed for allowing Kermadec to shift in at the 700m and crowd Bold Circle onto Diamond Valores in Saturday's Eskimo Prince Stakes.
As it stands, Shinn will be out from February 15 to February 22.
Berry, whose partner Sharnee gave birth to Kaiden Nathan on Friday night by caesarean section, will not miss a Saturday meeting.
He had a full book at Rosehill with his best finish a second on Chestnut Road but his actions earlier in the race cost him.
He was found guilty of shifting out causing Montiro to be checked.
However, Berry's good record reduced the ban to three meetings to start after next Sunday's Hong Kong Derby meeting.
It will end on February 20 so he will not miss any Saturday racing.
