Brad Rawiller has been suspended for weighing in one kilogram overweight following Duke Of Brunswick's narrow defeat at Caulfield on Saturday.
Duke Of Brunswick, which was backed from $8.50 into $5, was beaten a half head by Durendal in the PFD Food Services Handicap over 1200m.
Rawiller pleaded guilty and was outed for six meetings which takes effect from midnight on Sunday.
He is free to ride at next Saturday's Doomben meeting where he will partner Master Of Arts in the Group Two Grand Prix Stakes (2000m).
Racing Victoria's chief steward Terry Bailey said stewards were not faced with this kind of occurrence often and the 1kg could have been the difference between winning and losing.
Noel Callow has been put on notice after an incident in the jockeys' room at a Caulfield meeting last month involving Nick Hall.
Bailey said a rule was in place covering work place harassment in the racing industry.
While Hall did want the matter to go any further, the Victorian Jockeys Association was concerned about the incident.
