The wet weather has claimed another race meeting in NSW with Ballina called off because of the waterlogged track.

Monday's Goulburn meeting was abandoned after a week of snow and rain made the surface unraceable.

Stewards inspected the Ballina track on Tuesday morning and decided to postpone the meeting.

Racing at Dubbo will go ahead on a Heavy 10.
