Training partners Lee and Shannon Hope will saddle up runners at Benalla on Thursday after being granted an interim stay of proceedings over their cobalt disqualifications.
Shannon was disqualified for five years and Lee three after being found guilty of administering cobalt to affect the performance of Best Suggestion, Choose and Windy Citi Bear in races last year.
The trainers on Wednesday applied to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board decision.
They obtained an interim order until November 24 with a hearing to continue the stay scheduled for that day.
Racing Victoria stewards opposed the interim order and will oppose a further stay.
The Hopes have four runners engaged at Benalla and have seven horses nominated for Kilmore on Sunday.
