Group One winners set for Valley return

Tuesday 19 January 2016, 6:34am

Four Group One winners headline the nominations for the Group Two Australia Stakes at Moonee Valley.

Rebel Dane, last year's winner Mourinho, Trust In A Gust and Hucklebuck are the top-level winners entered to resume in Saturday's 1200m weight-for-age sprint.

The 19 entries also include last-start Group Three Standish Handicap winner Durendal, 2014 Australia Stakes winner Richie's Vibe and three-year-olds Holler and Rageese.

The John O'Shea-trained colt Holler was a convincing winner of a Group Three sprint against his own age at Moonee Valley on October 24 while the Hawkes Racing-trained Group One placegetter Rageese finished fifth in the Caulfield Guineas earlier in the spring.
