Bondi Beach, part-owned by Lloyd Williams, features among eight horses left in Friday's Group Two Yorkshire Cup.
The Aidan O'Brien-trained horse had a busy first campaign last year which included an unplaced run in the Melbourne Cup.
He returned to Ireland after the spring and made a successful return to the track last month in a Listed race over 2500 metres at Limerick.
Bondi Beach was probably best remembered for being edged out by Simple Verse in the 2015 St Leger at Doncaster.
He was a Classic winner, only briefly, as he was awarded the race by the local stewards on the day but that was overturned on appeal with Simple Verse being re-instated.
