Jockey Josh Cartwright will front an adjourned inquiry next month over a reckless riding charge in Adelaide.
Cartwright pleaded guilty to the serious charge on Saturday after which South Australian stewards adjourned the hearing to consider penalty.
Fellow jockey Jason Holder was lucky not to fall when Cartwright steered his horse outwards at an acute angle in the race at Morphettville.
Cartwright was stood down from riding, including trackwork, after the incident which has been widely shown by television networks around the country.
The inquiry will resume on February 13 with Cartwright have legal representation.
