Already training on a stay of proceedings over two disqualifications, Con Karakatsanis has been banned for a third offence.
The Warwick Farm trainer was outed for 12 months after an inquiry on Thursday when he was found guilty of giving a raceday treatment to Howmuchdoyouloveme.
The sprinter was withdrawn from The Shorts on September 17 when he was found to have a mark on his neck which stewards believed indicated he had been given a treatment.
On the day, Karakatsanis told stewards he did not have any unauthorised or unregistered products in his stable but an unlabelled substance was found on his premises later that afternoon.
In December the trainer was outed for six months for giving false evidence regarding the substance.
In the week leading up to the Randwick meeting, Karakatsanis and owner Angelis Vasili were both outed for four months for improper practice.
Stewards determined five horses registered as being trained by Karakatsanisis were in fact being trained by Vasili.
At Thursday's inquiry, Karakatsanis was found guilty of administering or causing to be administered medication to Howmuchdoyouloveme on September 17.
The trainer has applied for a stay of proceedings pending an appeal against the latest ban which as it stands ends on February 9, 2018.
