All 12 slots have been filled for the inaugural running of the $10 million The Everest.
The 1200m weight-for-age race will be run at Randwick on October 14 with the slots costing $1.8 million for a three-year commitment.
"I am delighted to announce that we have filled all twelve places in The Everest," Racing NSW chairman, Russell Balding, said.
"We are proud that Sydney will now have the world's richest turf race. This will also ensure an international focus for thoroughbred racing in Sydney."
Chautauqua, who bids for his third successive TJ Smith Stakes on Saturday and Golden Slipper winner She Will Reign have been confirmed as intended runners.
"We are thrilled at the response from both within and outside the racing industry," Australian Turf Club Chairman, Laurie Macri, said.
"It is important that racing finds ways to generate mainstream interest in the sport. The Everest has already generated tremendous interest and adds a new dimension to racing."
