Bill Vlahos has been directed to attend a Racing Victoria stewards inquiry into the operations of BC3 Thoroughbreds.
Racing Victoria issued a statement on Tuesday saying stewards would hold an inquiry on February 27 as part of its investigation into BC3 Thoroughbreds.
BC3 Thoroughbreds collapsed in December and went into voluntary administration.
Vlahos declared bankruptcy in the middle of a NSW Supreme Court case into a supposed punting club he ran separately from the racing concern.
Earlier this month Racing Victoria said the investigation into BC3 had been the most complex it has undertaken and had included the gathering of more than one million pieces of data.
