Racing Queensland officials believe all three racing codes will be happy with the new distribution of prize money to be announced on Monday.
At least an extra $22.5 million will be distributed to gallops, harness racing and greyhound racing.
The carve-up of that money on top of the usual allocation has been the subject of much conjecture in recent weeks.
The changes follow a $4.5 billion 30-year Product Agreement between RQ and the Tatts Group signed in late June.
The previous method of percentage allocations will be scrapped and replaced by a system based on productivity and costs.
It is understood there will be increases in prize money for metropolitan and provincial thoroughbred races but RQ's chief executive Darren Condon would not be drawn into exactly what would be announced on Monday.
However, Condon said RQ hoped the scheme would be fully analysed by everyone before they made comment.
"You are never going to please everybody," Condon said.
"But a lot of work has gone into this and we believe we have come up with something workable."
"All we ask is people examine the new system carefully and then make comments on an informed basis."
Monday's announcement follows the introduction of a stronger QTIS bonus scheme for Queensland bred horses, which will inject millions into the industry.
It is understood the new prize money level combined with QTIS incentives means a win in Brisbane metropolitan races could be worth as much as $65,000.
