Josh Parr outed for winning Group One ride

Spring Champion Stakes-winning jockey Josh Parr has been suspended for his Group One-winning ride on Hampton Court at Randwick.

Parr was outed for tightening up Lie Direct, ridden by Brenton Avdulla, in the early part of the 2000-metre feature.

The jockey will be out from after next Saturday's Tattersall's meeting and return on October 27, in time to ride Hampton Court if trainer Gai Waterhouse confirms a Victoria Derby start.
