Dwayne Dunn and Chad Schofield are set to miss Derby Day at Flemington after both were handed 10 meeting suspensions for careless riding on Geelong Cup day.

Dunn was suspended after pleading guilty to shifting in aboard From The Terrace at the 900 metre mark during the fourth race on Wednesday, causing interference to Luke Nolen's mount Port Vell.

Schofield was handed his ban for shifting in and causing interference at the 900 metre mark in race five.

Both jockeys are due to start their suspension after Saturday's Cox Plate meeting at Moonee Valley and are free to return on Melbourne Cup day at Flemington on November 6.
