Nathan Berry's landmark season continues with the Sydney jockey granted a four-month contract to ride in Singapore.
Berry broke through with his first Group Three wins on Malavio and Va Pensiero in the spring and will be aboard favourite Unencumbered in Saturday's $2 million Magic Millions Classic at the Gold Coast.
The 22-year-old twin brother of Tommy who took Hong Kong by storm during three months there last year, will begin his Singapore stint on March 1.
"I am thrilled to tell you all that I've been accepted to ride in Singapore for a 4 month stint. I can't wait for the challenge ahead!!!," Berry tweeted.
Finishing in the top 15 on the Sydney Metropolitan premiership table for the past five seasons, Nathan is currently tied for ninth on 20 wins this season.
Before he heads overseas, Berry has an even more important assignment, his wedding next month to Whitney Schofield, the daughter of high profile rider Glyn Schofield.
