Stewards have cleared all jockeys following an inquiry into the Cranbourne fall in which top young rider Chad Schofield sustained neck fractures.
Schofield will be out of the saddle indefinitely after the incident at the June 8 meeting in which he crashed to the turf when his mount Made Of Ice stumbled over a fallen horse.
Made Of Ice was euthanised after breaking his shoulder while Schofield's fellow riders Steven Arnold and Ben Thompson were concussed in the fall.
Stewards resumed the inquiry at Sunday's Cranbourne meeting, taking evidence from seven jockeys involved in the race before establishing Thompson's mount Donarchie clipped heels and fell when over-racing, triggering a chain reaction behind him.
Stewards declared the fall an accident and closed their inquiry.
Schofield, who has won three Group One races this season, is wearing a neck brace and his injury will be re-assessed next month.
