Wet weather forces transfer of Sale races

The Sale race meeting set down for Sunday has been transferred to Pakenham.

Racing Victoria stewards inspected the Sale racecourse on Saturday and declared it unsuitable for racing.

The Sale track has received more 60mm of rain during the past two days.

Some race distances have been shortened to accommodate the switch to Pakenham's synthetic surface.
