A trainer, a punter and two jockeys will front stewards at separate inquiries in a busy week ahead for the Racing NSW panel.
Kathy O'Hara will be the first to appear on Monday to answer a charge of using her mobile phone in the jockeys' room at two race meetings.
Riders are required to hand their phones in to an attendant before each meeting.
Blake Shinn will appear the following day at the continuation of a hearing into his ride on Thud at Rosehill last Saturday.
At the initial inquiry, stewards questioned the options he took near the home turn and at the 200m-point of the race.
Professional punter Glen Pollett has been given notice to appear at an inquiry on Thursday morning into comments he made in an online broadcast relating to jockey safety.
Later that day, trainer Stephen Farley will be asked to answer questions regarding comments attributed to him in an online article after he failed in his appeal against a one-year cobalt disqualification.
